Help with your token launch
Connection trouble, a missing receipt, or a result that does not look right? Start with the checks below, or send us the details.
[email protected]Signed, but not sure what happened?
Do not retry a paid launch while its status is uncertain. A missing success screen is not proof that the transaction failed. Another launch could create another token and charge another fee.
- Find the public transaction signature in your wallet's activity or your launch receipt. Note the network and the approximate time, including your time zone.
- Open Solana Explorer and select the same network: Mainnet Beta for a paid launch, or Devnet for practice. Search for the signature.
- If it succeeded, check the mint address and the wallet that received the supply. If it shows an error, save that error. If it is pending or not found, keep the outcome as uncertain and contact support before launching again.
You do not need to connect a wallet or sign anything to look up a public transaction.
What do you need help with?
My wallet will not connect
Unlock your wallet and check which account and network are selected. On desktop, use a Solana wallet supported by the app and choose the intended wallet if several are installed. On mobile, open the official app URL in your wallet's built-in browser.
If you have not signed a launch transaction, reload the app and try connecting again. If you already signed, follow the status checks above first. Send your wallet name, browser, device, and the exact error if the connection still fails. Do not approve a request you do not understand.
The transaction succeeded, but my token is not visible
Check the transaction on the matching network, then look up the mint address and the receiving wallet. A token name or ticker alone is not a unique identifier. If you chose a different recipient, check that address instead of the signing wallet.
Check your wallet's hidden-token or token-management view using the mint address. A wallet display can differ from the on-chain result. Do not launch again just to make a token appear. Send the signature, mint address, network, and a screenshot with unrelated balances and personal details removed.
The name, symbol, or logo looks wrong
Compare the mint address and metadata shown by the explorer with the details you entered. Wallets and explorers can display metadata differently; a missing logo alone does not establish that minting failed.
Send the mint address, transaction signature, expected name/symbol, and the wallet or explorer where the problem appears. Include the public metadata or image URL if you have it. Do not sign an update or relaunch until you understand the result. Changes depend on the token's authority settings and may not be possible.
Which fees and options did I pay for?
Mainnet TokenAnvil fees are $4.99 base, plus $2.50 each for the optional supply lock (revoke mint authority) and freeze protection (revoke freeze authority). Selecting both totals $9.99 in TokenAnvil fees. Creator and social metadata are included.
The service fee can be paid in SOL, USDC, or USDT. SOL uses a live quote before approval; USDC and USDT use the dollar amount. Solana network and rent costs are separate and require SOL even when paying the service fee in a stablecoin. Devnet practice has no TokenAnvil service fee.
Compare the app's quote and selected options with the transaction details. These authority revocations are permanent. For a fee discrepancy, send the signature, network, payment currency, and selected options. Read about authority settings.
I closed the page or lost my launch receipt
Return to the official app to check for your saved receipt or receipt-recovery option. If no receipt is available, use your wallet's activity to find the public transaction signature and look it up on the matching explorer network.
A missing local receipt does not undo an on-chain transaction. Do not create another token to replace a missing receipt. Send support the public signature, mint address if known, network, and approximate launch time. If you cannot find a signature, say so and include the public signing-wallet address if you are comfortable sharing it.
I need a refund or duplicate-charge review
The refund policy explains the conditions for a TokenAnvil service-fee review, including a verifiable interface bug or technical duplicate charge. It asks you to contact support within 7 days of the transaction. A refund is not automatic or guaranteed.
Solana network fees are not refunded by TokenAnvil, and confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Send the relevant public signatures, wallet address, network, and what went wrong. For a possible duplicate, include both signatures.
