Refund Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for actions taken through TokenAnvil. Because TokenAnvil facilitates blockchain transactions, our refund policy is different from a typical software or e-commerce purchase.
1. Blockchain Transactions Are Final
Once you confirm a transaction in your wallet (such as creating a token, revoking an authority, or adding liquidity), it is broadcast to the underlying blockchain network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design — no one, including TokenAnvil, the network validators, or your wallet provider, can reverse, cancel, or refund a confirmed transaction. Please review all token details carefully before confirming.
2. Fees Paid to TokenAnvil
The service fee you pay to TokenAnvil (separate from network gas fees) is generally non-refundable once your transaction has been successfully broadcast and confirmed, because the service — deployment of your token, metadata registration, or authority revocation — has been delivered at that point.
3. When a Refund May Apply
We will consider a refund of TokenAnvil's service fee (not network gas fees, which we do not control or receive) in cases such as:
- A transaction failed to confirm on-chain due to a verifiable bug in TokenAnvil's own interface or code, and the fee was still charged;
- You were double-charged for the same action due to a technical error on our end;
- Our Service was unavailable or malfunctioning at the time of your attempted transaction in a way that caused you to lose funds without receiving the intended result.
To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the transaction via our Contact page with your wallet address, the transaction signature/hash, and a description of the issue.
4. What We Cannot Refund
- Network gas or transaction fees paid to the blockchain itself — these go to network validators, not TokenAnvil, and are never in our possession.
- Losses from market conditions, token price movement, or how a token you created performs after launch.
- Mistakes in the token details you entered (name, symbol, supply, decimals, etc.) — please double-check before confirming, as these often cannot be changed once minted, especially if authorities are revoked.
- Any transaction that was successfully confirmed on-chain and delivered the requested result.
