Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TokenAnvil (tokenanvil.store and app.tokenanvil.store, together the "Service"), operated by TokenAnvil ("we," "us," "our"). By connecting a wallet or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TokenAnvil Is

TokenAnvil is a self-service, no-code interface that helps you construct and submit blockchain transactions to create tokens and related on-chain assets (such as liquidity pools, airdrops, and metadata records) on public blockchains including Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base. TokenAnvil does not operate a blockchain, does not custody any funds, tokens, or private keys, and does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.

2. No Custody, No Control

Every transaction you initiate through TokenAnvil is signed and submitted using your own connected wallet (e.g. Phantom, MetaMask, or another compatible wallet). We never receive, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase. Once you sign and broadcast a transaction, it is executed by the relevant blockchain network and is irreversible. We have no ability to reverse, refund, cancel, or modify a transaction after it has been broadcast.

3. Your Responsibility for What You Create

You are solely responsible for the tokens, metadata, images, names, symbols, and descriptions you create using TokenAnvil, and for how you market, distribute, or sell them. You represent that:

• You have the right to use any name, symbol, logo, or content you upload, and it does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not use TokenAnvil to create tokens that impersonate an existing project, person, or brand, or that are designed to deceive or defraud others.
• You are responsible for complying with the securities, tax, and financial regulations of your own jurisdiction. TokenAnvil does not determine whether a token you create is a security or otherwise regulated, and creating a token through our Service does not constitute legal or regulatory approval of any kind.
• You understand that revoking mint, freeze, or update authority is permanent and cannot be undone by TokenAnvil or anyone else once submitted on-chain.

4. Fees

TokenAnvil charges a fee, payable in the native currency of the blockchain you are using (e.g. SOL, ETH, BNB), for each token creation or add-on action (such as authority revocation). Fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees are in addition to, and separate from, standard network gas or transaction fees charged by the underlying blockchain, which are outside our control and go to network validators, not to us.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on TokenAnvil constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TokenAnvil does not evaluate, endorse, or guarantee the value, legitimacy, or future performance of any token created through the Service. Cryptocurrency and token creation carry significant risk, including total loss of funds. Do your own research before creating, buying, or promoting any token.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TokenAnvil to:

• Create tokens for fraudulent schemes, rug pulls, or to knowingly mislead investors;
• Launder money or finance illegal activity;
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or abuse our infrastructure (including automated scraping or excessive request volume).

We reserve the right to refuse service, without notice, to any wallet address or user we reasonably suspect of violating these Terms.

7. Third-Party Wallets and Networks

Your use of third-party wallets, browser extensions, and blockchain networks is governed by those parties' own terms and is outside our control. We are not responsible for wallet software bugs, network congestion, failed or dropped transactions, or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenAnvil and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to TokenAnvil (not including network gas fees) in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
