Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TokenAnvil (tokenanvil.store and app.tokenanvil.store, together the "Service"), operated by TokenAnvil ("we," "us," "our"). By connecting a wallet or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TokenAnvil Is

TokenAnvil provides a browser creator for standard Solana SPL tokens and a separate Developer API that prepares unsigned Solana token-creation transactions. Optional Token Pages host project information. The Service does not create liquidity pools, run airdrops, or support token creation on Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Base. TokenAnvil does not operate a blockchain, custody funds, tokens, or private keys, or act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.

2. No Custody, No Control

Every on-chain transaction you initiate through TokenAnvil is signed and submitted using your own compatible Solana wallet. The Developer API returns unsigned transactions for your wallet to sign and submit. We never receive, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase. Once you sign and broadcast a transaction, it is executed by Solana and cannot be reversed by TokenAnvil.

3. Your Responsibility for What You Create

You are solely responsible for the tokens, metadata, images, names, symbols, and descriptions you create using TokenAnvil, and for how you market, distribute, or sell them. You represent that:

• You have the right to use any name, symbol, logo, or content you upload, and it does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not use TokenAnvil to create tokens that impersonate an existing project, person, or brand, or that are designed to deceive or defraud others.
• You are responsible for complying with the securities, tax, and financial regulations of your own jurisdiction. TokenAnvil does not determine whether a token you create is a security or otherwise regulated, and creating a token through our Service does not constitute legal or regulatory approval of any kind.
• You understand that revoking mint, freeze, or update authority is permanent and cannot be undone by TokenAnvil or anyone else once submitted on-chain.

4. Fees

TokenAnvil displays its service fee before you confirm a transaction. The browser creator accepts the payment methods shown at checkout; the Developer API has separate access and per-token fees. Solana transaction and rent costs are additional and go to the network, not TokenAnvil. See the current checkout and Developer API pricing page for the fee that applies to your selected product.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on TokenAnvil constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TokenAnvil does not evaluate, endorse, or guarantee the value, legitimacy, or future performance of any token created through the Service. Cryptocurrency and token creation carry significant risk, including total loss of funds. Do your own research before creating, buying, or promoting any token.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TokenAnvil to:

• Create tokens for fraudulent schemes, rug pulls, or to knowingly mislead investors;
• Launder money or finance illegal activity;
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or abuse our infrastructure (including automated scraping or excessive request volume).

We reserve the right to refuse service, without notice, to any wallet address or user we reasonably suspect of violating these Terms.

7. Third-Party Wallets and Networks

Your use of third-party wallets, browser extensions, and blockchain networks is governed by those parties' own terms and is outside our control. We are not responsible for wallet software bugs, network congestion, failed or dropped transactions, or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenAnvil and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to TokenAnvil (not including network gas fees) in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Hosted Token Pages

"Token Pages" is an optional paid feature. It hosts a web page for a token that was created through TokenAnvil, at an address such as t.tokenanvil.store/yourname, together with an optional community feed and a private message inbox for the page's owner. This section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.

• Fee. The fee is shown at checkout before you sign (currently $19.99, one time, payable on-chain in SOL, USDC or USDT). It buys the page for as long as it stays active under the inactivity rule below and for as long as TokenAnvil operates the feature. It is not a subscription.
• Who controls the page. The page is controlled by the wallet that created the token. You sign in by signing a free message with that wallet. Whoever controls the wallet can edit, wake, export or delete the page, so protect your wallet. We cannot recover access for you.
• Your content is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for everything on your page and for any community posts you publish or allow. You confirm that you have the right to use it, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it follows these Terms and the law. You give TokenAnvil a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and copy that content only to run your page and the Service.
• Community features. If you turn on public posting you are responsible for moderating your community. Posts and messages written by visitors are theirs, not ours. We do not monitor, review or endorse them and may remove them or the page at any time. Messages sent to you through your page are visible only to you and are deleted after 90 days.
• No endorsement, no advice. TokenAnvil hosts pages but does not review, verify, endorse or vouch for any page, project, team, roadmap or claim. Facts shown from the blockchain (such as supply and whether authorities are revoked) are read from Solana, may be delayed, and do not mean a project is safe, legitimate or valuable. Nothing on any page is financial, legal or tax advice, and a page appearing on TokenAnvil is not a recommendation.
• Inactivity. A page whose owner has not signed in or edited it for 90 days, and that received fewer than 10 visitors in that period, is put to rest (hidden, content kept). A resting page whose owner has taken no action for 180 days in total is permanently deleted with its posts and messages, and its address is released after a further 30 days. Signing in with the owner wallet wakes a resting page at no cost. If you gave a notification email we will try to warn you before each step, but we are not required to. You can download your page data at any time.
• Prohibited content. No scams, rug pulls, impersonation of another project, person or brand, phishing, malware, deceptive or guaranteed-return claims, illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, harassment, doxxing, or sexual content involving minors. Links are limited to the types the page editor allows.
• Reports and removal. Anyone can report a page using the "Report this page" link or our Contact page. We may place a warning on a page, hide its links, suspend it, delete it, or ban a wallet, at our discretion, with or without notice, including after reports, and we do not promise to act or to reply. If we remove a page for violating these Terms, the fee is not refunded.
• Intimate images and child safety. We remove intimate images that were shared without the depicted person's consent, and any content that sexualises minors or puts a child at risk, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires. To ask for removal, use "Report this page" and choose the matching reason, or contact us through the Contact page with the page address and a way to reach you. We aim to act on a valid removal request within 48 hours and to remove identical copies we can find.
• Copyright notices. To report copyright infringement, send a notice to our designated agent, whose details are listed in the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory under "TokenAnvil" and available through our Contact page. A notice must identify the work, identify the page address, include your contact details, state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove material and will terminate the pages of repeat infringers. You may send a counter-notice if you believe material was removed by mistake.
• Refunds. The page fee is paid on-chain and is not refundable once the page has been created, except where the law requires it or where we fail to deliver the page after a verified payment, in which case we will fix it or refund the fee.
• Changes. We may change or discontinue Token Pages. If we discontinue the feature we will give at least 30 days' notice, during which you can download your data. Price changes apply only to future purchases.
• Liability and indemnity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenAnvil is not liable for any page, its content, or the acts of its owner or visitors, for losses from relying on any page, or for downtime, and our total liability for a page is limited to the fee you paid for that page. You agree to defend and reimburse TokenAnvil for claims arising from your page or its content.

11. Eligibility, Sanctions and Governing Law

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. government sanctions or denied-party list. We may block wallets and refuse service to comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and TokenAnvil agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
